The Cloudships game
made its third outing at Salute Zero Six.
We had to replace
the stands for this show. Much to our horror the acrylic stands we had built
were just not strong enough for the rugged use and transportation to shows that
we were aking of them and we bough cheap camera tripods instead - less transparent
but more robust and easier to pack away (and stack ships next to each other
in the game for boarding actions!).
All games were again
based around the "Destroy the Bridges" scenario we had developed.
Each scenario took eleven players.
More pictures soon!
Many thanks to all those involved with the project so far, both as ship builders and then as umpires or assistants on the day. They were (in alphabetical order):
Brian Cameron,
Ivan Congreve, Kevin Dallimore, Alan Patrick and John Treadaway in
the ship yards
Tim Atkinson, Ivan Congreve, Shane Dallimore, Adam Tennant, Peter Merritt,
Mick Penver and John Treadaway on the planet's surface.
